Managed IT Services

Managed Network Services

Managed network services are networking software, functions and services that businesses outsource to a managed service provider (MSP) to be centrally operated, controlled and maintained. Controlled network services range from basic network access and transport services to newer software-defined WAN (SD-WAN) links and virtual network services, such as conventional leased WAN and LAN lines. In addition to network access and transport services, the broad range of managed services available includes WAN optimization, unified communications, network management, managed security firewalls and virtual private networks (VPNs).

In their own data centers and facilities, MSPs mainly operate managed enterprise network services, where they can also operate virtual network functions. From tiny niche service providers to large conventional national and multinational telecommunications suppliers, MSPs vary in scale. Our comprehensive managed network services include:

  • Software Defined Networking (SD-WAN) services
  • Managed Connectivity Services

#01 Software Defined Networking (SD-WAN)

A software-defined approach to WAN management is SD-WAN. A new way of managing and optimizing a wide area network, Software-Defined WAN (SD-WAN), is designed to address the changing usage of enterprise networks due to the growth of cloud computing and mobile devices. It is a solution that is more versatile than MPLS, serves a distributed and mobile workforce better, and is more efficient and scalable than WAN based on VPN.

Main benefits include:

  • Cost savings through transport independence through MPLS, 4G/5 G LTE, and other forms of connections.
  • Improving the efficiency of software and rising agility.
  • User experience and performance enhancement for software-as-a-service (SaaS) and public-cloud apps.
  • Automation and cloud-based management simplification of processes.

Other features of Software defined networking includes,

  • Auto-Failover
  • Bonding
  • Intelligent Routing
  • VNF(Virtual Network)
  • Firewall
  • Application Aware

#03 Managed WIFI

Controlled Wi-Fi provides integrated wireless networking in retail, hospitality, co-working, and education through single-location businesses and dispersed businesses. Managed Wi-Fi is based on a Network as a Service (NaaS) model where components are hosted on and managed from the cloud, instead of relying on numerous stand-alone hardware devices to assemble a disintegrated solution.

The company will concentrate on its company and the Service Provider offers the whole network and smooth connectivity. The Service Provider takes control of the full network implementation and operates the network operations from a remote-controlled support Centre, providing access and billing the customer as a service.

Benefits of our Managed WIFI Services

  • Unlimited volumes of data
  • Options for per-user bandwidth selection
  • Blazing high velocity
  • No use limits, motivating customers
  • Infrastructure Carrier-grade
  • With dual-band support, best in class access points

#04 Security

In computing, managed security services are network security services that have been outsourced to a service provider. With 24/7 controlled safety services, secure your confidential data, monitor your environment for intrusions and respond to security incidents. Before using Managed Protection Services, we recommend evaluating your cybersecurity posture first to make sure you know where you are, what’s lacking, and where you want to go. Identification of the services listed below is included in our Managed Services. Data security is a data protection process involving the relationship between the processing and dissemination of data and technology, the public’s understanding and assumption of privacy, and the political and legal underpinnings surrounding that data. It aims to strike a balance between individuals’ privacy rights while allowing the use of data for business purposes as well. Often, data protection is known as data privacy or information privacy.

#05 Remediation

Management of remediation is the method of overseeing remediation operations. That seems pretty simple, but how exactly are you supposed to achieve that?

Currently, a loop should be the management of remediation activities. The first phase is always an inspection, which may be a scan report or another result that informs you about the weaknesses that your systems currently have. From there, resolving those flagged risks should be prioritised by your remediation team: Do they start with the biggest risks? How do they decide which hazards are the greatest potential threats? The team will work by remediating such vulnerabilities until a priority order has been determined. Solutions may involve patching, suppressing and simply tracking the system’s bugs that you know exist.

Importance of Remediation Management

Most companies conduct their initial scans and simply stop there. They don’t do anything about the results; no action is caused by a report. Similarly, there are several cyberattacks reported, but few businesses are taking action against them. That’s because they do not consider remediation operations as a high priority for their activities.

However, this makes relatively little sense. If you are aware of a vulnerability, it is necessary to actually take steps to prevent cyberattacks from exploiting it. Not doing so is equivalent to having the front door wide open. You are all but allowing the systems to strike. While certain organizations struggle to prioritize remediation operations because of the costs involved or because of intimidation in the face of the task ‘s scale, there are plenty of resources and approaches that can help you efficiently and effectively handle remediation operations. Remediation can never be put aside, because you don’t know where to start.

Other features of remediation management include,

  • Circuit Monitoring
  • Trouble Ticket Creation
